Heaven and Hell. To many of us, they’re abstractions, the stuff of myth and
legend. But what if some of us were permitted to see behind the Veil?
What they would see is a world at war, our world. The War is fought
with guns and corporations, as well as magic and miracles. Some of
the ones who fight in the War are good, others are evil, many serve
their own agendas. But these beings who have lived for millions of
years, these angels, are not bound by human morality. Like us, they
have exercised their free will and created their own moralities by
which to live and suffer, always pursuing their own destinies.

But now a millennia-old war has exploded out of the shadows and into
the light of the present day, affecting the fate of the entire human
race.
